Kelly Lynn Campbell-McKay is a dedicated family law attorney based in Fresno, California. With a focus on helping families navigate challenging legal matters, Kelly brings compassion and expertise to every case. Kelly earned her Juris Doctor from San Joaquin College of Law in 2023 and was admitted to the California State Bar in 2023. Prior to joining Baron Family Law, she worked with the Law Office of Terri McCacken from 2017 to 2024, where she gained valuable experience in family law matters. In her practice, Kelly handles a wide range of family law matters including divorce, child custody and visitation, child and spousal support, property division, and domestic violence restraining orders.
She is committed to advocating for her clients’ best interests while working toward practical solutions that protect families, especially children. Beyond her legal practice, Kelly is deeply committed to serving her community.
She previously served as Vice Chair of Trans-E-Motion and was actively involved with the Fresno LGBT Community Center, where she worked to advance equality and support for the LGBT community. Recognizing the need for coordinated services for those experiencing homelessness, Kelly founded the Central Valley Basic Needs Network, an initiative that connects various services and groups to provide more comprehensive support to the homeless community.
She continues her homeless outreach work, regularly volunteering to help individuals access essential resources and services. When not practicing law or engaged in community service, Kelly is an avid cyclist who regularly rides throughout the Central Valley. She also enjoys strategic board games including chess, go, and shogi. Kelly is an active member of the legal community and maintains memberships with the American Bar Association (since 2018), the Sacramento County Bar Association, and the National Lawyers Guild.
