I bring over 24 years of legal experience to my role as Director of Legal Operations at Baron Family Law. With a background in family law and estate planning, and a degree in Paralegal Studies, I support our team by ensuring that our operations run smoothly and our clients receive the high-quality, compassionate service they deserve.

My focus is on creating and maintaining systems that help our attorneys and staff work efficiently and collaboratively. I oversee day-to-day processes, assist with case management improvements, and work closely with our legal team to ensure that every client experience is as seamless and supportive as possible.

What I enjoy most about my work is helping people during some of life’s most challenging transitions. It’s important to me that our clients not only feel confident in our legal expertise, but also feel genuinely cared for throughout their journey with us.
